Justin has been in the fitness world for 20+ years as both an athlete and coach. As an athlete, Justin played football and ran track. In 2010 Justin turned his focus to martial arts. He began in mixed martial arts and then chose a focus in Muay Thai (kickboxing).
Shortly after school Justin became a fitness instructor. He quickly honed his skills as a coach and is known for pushing his clients. He has coached all different types of people each with unique and varying goals. He has coached clients who fight in local competitions. However, most of Justin’s clients do not have any intention of fighting, but rather are there to lose weight, get fit, and have a good time.
