Mission Statement

At Champions Kickboxing our mission is to provide top quality fitness training, that educates and supports every individuals needs in order to achieve your personal fitness goals. Our High intensity interval training will improve endurance and push you to achievable limits. CK Coaches are dedicated to ensure classes are enjoyable, and educational by teaching the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing that will ultimately push your fitness capabilities in and outside of the gym.

Champions Kickboxing offers over 40 classes each week including kickboxing, boxing cardio, and CK Fit (strength and conditioning). If members are interested in improving his/her kickboxing and boxing techniques we offer a skills class as well.

Are you eager to take your training to the next level? Then We can set you up for personal training with one of our dedicated coaches at CK. The benefits of personal training is individual 1-on-1 attention that will guarantee improved performance in group classes, speed up your weight loss goals, and help you learn the fundamentals of fighting at your pace.
